The app gives you a news notice, lets you read it for about two seconds, then tells you the article is unavailable. The app developers also don't know how to manage image caching, and my phone fills up with gigabytes of image previews for old news that I don't even look at anymore. This is absolutely the worst news app I've ever used. If an article is published and you receive a push notification, the article shouldn't disappear when you try to read it.
Same issues everyone else is reporting: app can't seem to recognize my subscription. Ill get a news alert, click it, and almost immediately be asked to sign in. Once go through the sign in process, I'm taken the the home page and not the article I was just in. Search function for the article doesn't work either. Super frustrating. I've tried Uninstaller and reinstalling and still experience the same issues. Super frustrating as I'm paying $100 for the BI content and can't easily access it.
App is garbage and Google Play subscriptions don't work on website. I like BI's content. I subscribed through the Google Play store for convenience. When I am in the app, it shows I have an active subscription. However, when I log in online it shows that I do not have any subscription at all. Even worse, sometimes (randomly? inexplicably?) the app opens an in-app web browser and loads the website article, which, again, I can't access. Also the app cuts off almost every headline.
