Why isn't there a way to look at your payment info and the ability to take your card off so you don't keep getting monthly purchases? I have been getting charged for months now and I haven't been able to suspend the purchases due to lack of integral UI in the App. I open the app and I don't even have any subscriptions according to the app. I've tried the restore button countless times and it doesn't work. I should be able to withdraw from my subscription at anytime and with ease.
Yet another update. My rating has gone from five stars to one. After updating the app four days ago it no longer recognizes my subscription and I have been left in trial app version. I paid for a year that will expire in four months. I've contacted support no less than 5 times to which I get the same copy paste response telling me to use the restore purchase button... I have clicked it dozens of times. It doesn't fix it. Still the only support they offer is to try the button. ???????
I'd you're going to offer a free trial, don't hide features behind a pay wall, it defeats the purpose said trial. Also, requiring a minimum of six pictures to create an avatar, then randomly rejecting some of the pictures chosen, just makes a feature more of a headache than it's worth. I uninstalled this less than two minutes after downloading it, and it was definitely not worth the time to try.
