Taxis arrive faster to pick you up than other apps, but they charge you for the distance they drive to pick you up. So when they arrive the meter is already at €7-10. Was easy to set up as a tourist in Rome.
App is definitely buggy, with sometimes the map not loading and sometimes the button to call cabs not working. It does it's job but it's not that great of an experience. I was able to get the app to work with a USA phone number but entering it with a +1. It took a bit of time to get the verification code.
I am on holiday in Italy, Lecco is where l am staying. When I try to register for the app using my details including phone number, it just says invalid action all the time, tried reinstalling but still I cannot register my phone number. What's the point of an app if it cannot be used. Very frustrating. Any assistance would be very helpful. Of course if I get the app running I will change my rating and review.
