Slow at times, but otherwise not bad. I generally am happy with the Ipsy experience and get products I'll use and that match my preferences. The points system isn't great. By the time I have the points for a product I want, they've changed the offerings and it's no longer available. Shipping could be better, but products arrive unbroken although sometimes items are missing and I have to get replacement items.
They will spam email for promotions you aren't eligible for, and the points you do earn are only redeemable for a limited variety of products. I ordered products off of the main shopping page (points not an option to use), and the shipping took thirty days. One of the products was not the color I expected, but when I went back to the receipt to check what I ordered, the app will not let you click the item. It just shows you a generic description and picture. You can't return to the OG listing.
DONT DOWNLOAD AND DONT SUPPORT. I used to be a loyal subscriber. I canceled my subscription a couple years ago and all of a sudden it REACTIVATED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I'm not making this up. They even upgraded my order a while back and never gave me a refund (bc they don't do that even if it is their issue). I tried to take my credit card off my account. And there's no easy way to do it. I'm going to try and get on an actual computer to do it because I can't do it on the app on my phone.
