It's been happening multiple times now. My positions get automatically closed for a loss at a price that the market hasn't even reached. I take a position, i turn off my laptop, and when i turn it on later to check where it has reached, my position has been automatically closed. It's not because of a stop loss or due to a lack of capital. It's clearly a bug that needs to be fixed asap!!! It's costing money!!!
Perhaps the easiest and most user-friendly platform around, helped me get accustomed to forex trading much faster through their simplified UI. Deposits and withdrawals have been quick and easy, especially offlate... No major complaints so far, apart from the periodic disappearance of some features when using mobile and also the max leverage amount dropping to ×25 for extended periods..other than that its an overall great platform and experience
