This would easily get 5 stars if I was able to edit my maps online in my browser. The screen on my phone is just too small to be useful for map editing. my robot does a great job on hardwood floors. It does not handle the transitions between bare floor and throw rugs. Before every vacuum job, I need to pick up all of the small throw rugs and make sure there are no small items that can get tangled in the brushes. Overall, though, I great product that I enjoy using.
My Roomba James cleans well. The problem is that it is difficult to connect every single time! It is extremely frustrating. At this time, I can't connect. After rebooting the server and following directions, it can not start. I rebooted the Roomba, and even though the ap says we are not connected, it is vacuuming the dining room. Maybe the ap needs an update.
I have a J7+ Combo which I love but I wish the app was as smart as the robot. For example, one improvement I'd like would be able to go in after a clean and use maybe a stylus to isolate an area on the mapping that needs tidying up and the option to mop only. Sometimes the robot will miss a spot or a spill and as it it my only choice is to re vacuum and mop the entire room. Likewise I've discovered the "product health" seems to be largely a guess based on average user, rather than your robot.
