The videos won't load or play for the last several days. I only get music and a green screen with a wheel. I'm giving 2 stars because the games work great, and there's plenty of them this year (though the word game glitches). However, with the videos not working, I can't rate any higher. Also, when I had trouble uploading it and reached out to them, they never replied. I fixed it myself, but the customer service is underwhelming.
Worked a few times. Now it crashes every time. Big waste of 8 bucks plus the price of the advent calendare. Another $7 on that also. It's easy to use, if it actually worked. :(. I have deleted the program reloaded the program on both of my computers. One is a windows. The other a Chrome book. Neither worked more that a day. I am sad, because I have been getting these for years. Not only for myself but others in my family enjoy them. This year, it was a waste of money. It beautiful, but wont work
Downloaded the advent calendar to my android tablet and it can't run properly. I watched the first day's video clip today and when I hit the button to return to the main scene, the app crashed and closed itself. I reopened the app, found the elf, and clicked the button on the main scene to go inside the house (where the games are) - it crashed and closed again. Tried entering the house several times from the calendar menu and main scene - it crashed and closed every time. No quality control.
