I can't even do my check in through the app. Awful, full with bugs. Have no idea who tested this but this version is definitely not a final release. I downloaded only because the website was faulty as well and I couldn't book a flight through the website. There's serious quality control issues at Jet2 that's for sure. I still have no idea how to check in of nothing works. Does the system check ling how many customers stuck in the middle of the check in or booking process? Any support for them?
Since updating to the new app holiday details aren't saved & I have to log in each time I access the app. Not good if going through airport & showing boarding passes. Contacted you via whatsapp - it's because the lead passenger email didn't match the email on the app I was using! Never will match, it's 2 different people & email addresses are personal. I can't see any email addresses on the app to change them. Only had this issue since switching to the new app. How do I resolve this issue?
Always easy enough to use. I'd love a little more UX focus where in some cases it would be good to add/track other books from non holidays as example. E.g. you have lots of other services such as Jet2hire that can't be added to my bookings or managed without redirecting. (In my experience anyway). Overall this is positive with a little feedback to make it even better.
