The promotional ad states that the app is entirely free. Then once you're on and have made a match and they mention video chat it takes you to a different screen to get you to pay and then you aren't able to go back or exit that screen to continue chatting with your match so the app basically forces you to pay for it so you aren't able to use the free portion. I can't even back out to cancel or delete my account let alone use it unless I pay for it. Garbage app not worth downloading.
Bait and switch. At first you could do the swipe thing and search local people, but then after a few minutes you had to pay $4 to continue. After paying that, they require you to pay another $30 to click on anything. Once you pay that, all locals are gone and you just get bombarded by catfish from Asia wanting you to pay to video chat. Blocking them does no good and the swipe and search feature is no longer there. I've asked for a refund several times. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. FAKE APP.
It's not placing me in the correct area. For some reason it is giving me matches from NY but i live in KY. It would be different if i hadn't paid for the premium subscription but since I'm paying i would expect my location to be relatively close to where I'm actually at. I'm also having problems with the "request refund" option. If i can't use the service bc my matches are hundreds of miles away, i want my money back for the 3 month subscription i bought.
