It's a tediously disappointing, bothersome app and it doesn't allow for screenshots. I often prepare my packages and then let my helper drop it in a nearby drop point. But being unable to make screenshot meant that the person dropping the package will be the one creating the "order." I just wish to be able to prepare the orders, then have the bar codes sent to my helper phone and have him / her just drop the packages. It's a simple in and out supposedly.
The recent update made the app annoying. It keeps on crashing on my oppo reno 8. I tried clearing cache and data. But still can't use it. I have to uninstall it and install everytime I have to book a shipping. All other apps in this phone has no problem and working well except this one. I have a big memory so it is definitely not my phone. For someone who ships alot on daily basis this is definitely a big hassle. 1 star because there is no zero star option if there is I definitely will give it 0
misleading price rates, i was initially quote and paid 186 pesos and when i checked the status of the order it is now showing 96 pesos. also if there's additional cost for packaging it might be helpful to include in the options as reference. screenshots are prohibited for what reason? it's s form of proof whatever purpose it serves. no confirmation email/notif when product was picked up, paid and arrived. a lot of improvements, hope these are considered.
