I've had nothing but issues with the people that run this app. I've had multiple jobs cancel saying the post needs a commercial sound even when I use sounds directly from their list of approved songs. Then they flagged my account for allegedly deleting posts after they've been paid out even though every single post is still up on my social media. There's no way to reach any customer support even though I've tried multiple contacts.
Had an issue getting started as they said I used commercial audio when I didn't and took about w weeks to resolve. Then my next 3 reels I had no issues. However my last one still hasn't processed and it's been 6 days, customer service won't give me an answer. They're horrible about responding and you can't submit other reels for revenue until they process. This is supposed to be an easy process and they're making it suck!
I made a very informative video on tiktok about kale and how it works and how great of an experience ive had but i take back what i said. Ive had a challenge get denied for not using a commercial sound (which it was) now i have a pending challenge, the video is posted and its been 5 days. Customer service isnt responding to my many messages and i cant unclaim or claim a new challenge. Nothing but problems lately for everyone i know using. Update- still having issues
