I cannot get the app to connect to anything. I've tried reinstalling I've tried updating. Half the text is in Chinese, the other half is grammatically incorrect, yet the privacy agreement says they'll track everything on your phone even while the app doesn't even function for the intended purpose.
After searching and finding the correct version of the app, it worked fine for about 6 months. Now it will not connect. My phone and laptop see the scooter but cannot connect to it. I removed the app from my phone and reinstalled it and that did not work. The app used to bring up the blue K but when I reinstalled it , it shows a little red scooter instead. Wondering if an older version might work or if there is something wrong with the scooter bluetooth. I notice the # of times you push the on button, it changes some of the functions. After power is on , one punch changes from P1 to P2, two punches turns the light on and off. 3 punches changes from km/s to mp/s. 4 punches turns the cruise control on and off. There maybe others that I havent figured out yet
You cannot access the advanced settings to change speed. Also pressing the power button 6 times does nothing haha
