There's a lovely but not overwhelming variety of frames to choose from and prints are well packaged. Turns treasured memories into works of art for your home. This is a terrific idea! Choosing the type of frame you want is fun and dozens of options are presented. However, when ordering on a smartphone, the interface for writing a personal note to be included with the framed photo is useless because there is no carriage return key - the text just goes on in one long line. It's easier to type your message elsewhere (WORD/GMAIL) and then paste it into the Keepsake field. Entering the shipping address is also not user friendly.
Using Keepsake Frames was so easy. The only hard part was deciding on a frame because they give you so many options. The app is very user-friendly and completing your order was quick and easy. Shipping took just slightly longer than expected but the final product was beautiful!! I think we were just a little anxious to see it.🙂 Everything was assembled thoroughly and ready to hang. Couldn't ask for a better service! 👍👍
