Love Khan Academy. I preach about it all the time to everyone. Got this app to further my studies. At first it was great. Then I noticed some random senseless lag issues that seemed clientside. No problem, this good material is worth the wait. Today, I just lost about a month's progress in all my courses. It said "We had some problems tracking your progress" and stopped loading quick. Now app shows white screen for a long time. Edit: It is fixed for now.
I'm on a Google Pixel phone and the videos play fine but the interactivity has some issues. When I tap to see the controls, they either don't come up or there's a lag. When the controlls so come up, some of them don't work. The expand screen button was non functional. Skip ahead barely worked and the speed up/down button didn't indicate any change until I kept tapping it and eventually reached 2x speed. I also didn't receive a green check after watching one of the videos several times.
I love the Khan Academy site, but this app is so frustrating! I have downloaded it multiple times, but it never allows me to actually sign in; it is forever in the loading stage. There doesn't seem to be any way to get back to the actual content, so I have to uninstall it. If I skip the sign in and go straight to the content, none of the lessons load either. They are perpetually in the spinning circle of death screen. I am hoping this is just some sort of glitch that can get sorted out quickly.
