I loved this app, and is actually where I found my current boyfriend. I reinstalled to try to make some friends, but if you're only looking for friends, it limits SO MUCH you can do in the app, including swiping people. Whenever you click on privacy policy, terms of service, and community guidelines, it pops up with "page not found" every single time, and their help and support just redirects you to their Twitter page... it wasn't like this before their huge "Kippoverse" update...
I paid for Infinity to see the supposed 60+ people who liked me, but as soon as I did they disappeared. Feels like a classic bait and switch. In terms of user interface, some buttons are just broken on my Surface Duo (like sending a direct message), not a well optimized app. The fact that messages vanish after 30 days is a terrible idea given how few people use the app.
App does not work. A while back, it stopped working, saying that there was an issue with my network when I know for a fact there was not. I was finally able to get in today, briefly, and they appear to have added some sort of avatar feature, the customization of which did not work (I couldn't add hair). I tried to check my stack of potential matches and there were no women, despite my settings. I wanted to check said settings just in case, but couldn't find them in the new UI.
