Modified Review: After the help from Maxim everything seems to work fine again. Thank you. Original: I was using this app for years and it was perfect. Since a few weeks the alarm does not go off sometimes or the timer stops before ending. There are Instructions for Android 9 how to fix it, but I am using 8.1. Now there is a new version: When the timer runs out there is no way to stop the sound. There is abutton "Dismiss" but it dows not do anything. The App is useless now! PS I just found out, that "dismiss" is a slider. Good to know!
Used to love this app but since the last update its nothing but problems. Sometimes the timer just doesn't go off and I can't just back out of the app once the timer is set. It always reverts back to the lock screen even if that's not where I began. Not to mention these random adds that now pop up even when the app isn't in use. Had this app for years and I loved it but now it's more trouble than its worth.
Have used this for several years and found it very useful. But recently the addition of adverts which I think are in Russian is extremely annoying. The most annoying aspect is that they appear as I am setting the timer and I tap on them accidentally and repeatedly. Am now looking for an alternative.
