Does not work + Fake reviews. I downloaded and tried to create an account but couldn't receive the "OTP Code" no matter which option I chose. Tried multiple emails and 2 phone numbers, none received this code. Also if you wait 10 seconds on the screen where you're supposed to type the code it just shows you an error and brings you back to the main login screen.
Changing to 1 star. I've made several attempts to reach out to their customer service at Koo redressal regarding how to selfverify my account. Every time I got automated response back from bonbinate technology saying that someone will contact me shortly. No one ever contacted me back. I've got a bunch of useless ticket numbers but no resolutions. Not good customer service.
App used to allow image uploading, now it doesn't. When modify option is clicked then entire typed message disappears. Again the message needs to be typed. When app owner resolve this issue, the app rating will again be reviewed.
