The interface is not bad, quite clean and easy to navigate. However, there seems to be a bug in the app that doesn't allow me to download my statements. I keep getting an error message "oops, need storage permission to download" but when i search app permissions, it doesn't seem to have a storage function in the app to enable. Please fix this! It's super annoying and troublesome.
Similar to Nadine's comment - I was unable to download even after updating to the latest version. This one I just tried today. Please fix. Interface etc so far okay for me, but I think for the News or unimportant part, please make the font and shape smaller. We don't usually click on those things. Please highlight those that are usually clicked by users :) For a better UX, if possible try to avoid users from having to scroll. Thanks!
The old app is still better than this one. The new version can't even do or check i-invest. This new app is just more cosmetic change than functional change. The old ones may look basic but it's not intrusive or complicated either, and it has more features that I regularly use, especially i-invest.
