I can't log on for days. Reinstalling doesn't work. I live outside of France and am beyond inconvenienced because I need the app to work in order to pay bills. I would use the web to do my banking but accessing it requires using the app which I can't do! It's a really annoying catch-22. I don't know what to do for paying my bills on time! Please fix this issue!

It's fine if you just need to check your balance or make simple transactions. Other services are buggy, broken or just absent. For example, I was trying to upload documents for an insurance claim, the upload crashed every time, I had to go to the desktop website to finish (the app is so half-baked that on the information cases there's still placeholder text in Latin). This is why e-banks, with their better developed apps, are displacing traditional banks left and right...
