This would be 1 star if we compare against the high technological standard, but this is probably the best app in the business. It took me a couple of touches to get my first engraving. Even quick than connecting my lasercut with lightburn. It seems the app is getting constant updates, and i hope UX improve soon, but for now for me, is the best app in the market
I can't access any files with the app, other than the cartoonish images that come with it. I can open images, but I want to engave actual svg files that I have waiting to use with my laser. Each time I open the files tab it just says directory doesn't exist, or please open the shared file in the leadiffer file. No explanation, no tutorial on what that means. Can't use the app at all like I'd hoped.
Couldn't create an account. Couldn't log in using 3rd party route (linking accounts), and I couldn't even guest log in. Sometimes it would give a timeout error right after hitting enter to log in... like that was its only option for a response. Whomever designed this did a very poor job from all that I can see (from the little I was able to see).
