It's a great app. But there is some room for improvements. Some ideas: music. To be able to add some music to workout too. Adding macros from our own food regimes. Timers for planks ECT. It's hard to consentrate on the exercise and breathing as well as watching the timer on the app. If there was a bell to let us know would be fabulous. Also a countdown inbetween sets. I find sometimes it take me more then an hour to get Lauren's set done. With four kids and work it's tricky to find the time.
I'm thoroughly enjoying Lauren's workouts and using this app. It has been years since I went into a gym. It is very intimidating. But with her app it gives you a plan and you just go for it. Her form videos are quick and brilliant as you feel comfortable doing the exercises the right way and you're not looking silly in the gym. I'm heading into week 2 but am feeling more confident everyday. Thanks to Lauren and her team!
This is my first time doing one of Lauren's challenges and all I can say is wow! It is so clear and easy to use. So many features and helpful videos and tips. I feel so excited and supported and ready to work out and eat awesome meals! This will also be my first time meal prepping and the meals look great. I like that they are simple and that if I end up having leftovers I can just copy that recipe to another day. This app is everything. Thx Lauren for keeping us motivated & fit in quarantine❤️
