Immediately asked to leave a review before I could even pair the app with my tv. Once I paired it worked great except for the ads I got trying to control my tv. Press the home button to view available apps? Gotta close an ad first. Turn down the volume? Close another ad. Turn off your TV? Watch a video before confirming you want to turn off your television. This works in a pinch, but the instant I find my remote or buy a new one, this app is being removed. Which means tomorrow this trash is gone
Absolutely sucks battery. But...1. The side menu is a mess, it needs making into two menu's, inputs and apps with the option to remove the ones that you don't use. 2. Having to reconnect every time you use it after the device has been closed is a pain. 3. Needs stop, play pause buttons to use with apps. 4. The price, c'mon subscription based....lol, outright purchase needs to be lower and you would sell lots. 5.Repeatedly having to press the volume, instead of press and hold. Tiresome
Just installed this app because my dog chewed up my remote, and I'm already uninstalling it. I get that developers have ads to offset costs, but to have an ad pop up every time I press a button is overkill. I can't even see if I like the app enough to pay for it because the pop up adds killed it for me right out of the gate. Buying a new remote instead.
