The headphones will pair to the phone but won't show in the app. This means that I cannot turn off noice canceling. It is really annoying that you have to use the app to turn off noice canceling. I have to restart my phone so the headphones will show again in the app, every day if I want to use the app.
Earbuds are good. App can be a lot better, e.g. display the last battery level of case and earbuds, not checking for updates so often and if checking why does it take so long to check, no possibility to cancel update checks. I couldn't even use the app during my last flight cos it kept checking for updates and obviously there was no internet connection.
The earphones are good but the app is terrible. Works when you install it until you pair the earphones. Then you can't use it anymore, it just freezes on a white screen. Mind you, as much as I love LG for their products, they've always been lacking quality on the software part. Luckily, you can do everything the App does directly from your earphones (if you know the shortcuts), except for updating the firmware. Still, it's a shame a LG App doesn't work on a LG Velvet phone.
