I like the idea of the app and the rewards make collecting points more motivating. However, the ordering process on my phone is ridiculously slow and takes more time than the staff take to prepare the drink. My phone works fine and other apps work smoothly. Please fix this.
Very lousy app. I've been trying to reset the new password by following the 8 alphanumeric character it keep taking a new times to be submitted. double triple checked it couldn't be submitted, I'll have to.exit the app to get it recognised v my new p/w. Once I've resetted the password, it couldn't recognise my new password when I log in. I wanted to purchase a normal bubble tea without a membership despite of standard price. The staff told me I am only able to order a few choices w/o membership
This liho app was not a very good experience. I was not able to even order online. Whenever I pressed order, they said internal error. Pls allow us to use the discounted deals without the app as the app is really really troublesome. Someone even ask me to boycott liho but I really like the drinks there so pls change yr app.
