It's not exactly controversial that YOU NEED A ROUTINE. But it's hard to stick to your schedule when the endless entertainment of the internet is available at your fingertips. Lock my Phone kills that lure so you can concentrate on what's actually important.
While your device is locked you can still access the apps on your lockscreen, take phone calls and call emergency numbers (911 etc.) and emergency contacts (see below). If you unlock it during a lock period it will be locked again right away.

⏩ Three Main Features:
1. Recurring lock periods, for example to lock your phone every evening during the week after 10 pm.
2. One time lock periods for when you just want to concentrate for 45 minutes while studying.
3. Geocheck-Feature: Only lock your device if you are in a certain area. Helpful so your phone isn't locked while you're out with friends.

You can only have one lock period in total on the free version, so you can either have 1 one time lock or 1 recurring lock period. You can have unlimited lock periods (of each type) in the premium version.

This app does what it promises, so I cannot complain! It has also helped me a lot already although I have had this app for only a certain amount of time so far. The only thing that could be improved/added that I could think of is a setting that allows the app to show a constant notification on the lockscreen that shows when the timer the user has set runs out. It happened to me that I accidentally set a timer wrong & I kind of panicked when my phone didn't turn on at the time I thought I set 😅
The best app which helps me get back control in my relationship with phone. I sleep and study peacefully. Rarely, some smartphone app brings you peace and calm. It does that elegantly. Thanks a lot! Somehow, my phone doesn't support emergency calling, also only three contacts are allowed. So I can't call when it's locked. Allowing access to contacts and calling feature would be awesome in paid version. I'll be lifetime customer. :)
Still figuring out all the ins and outs but all in all has made my brain feel significantly better. I feel more relaxed, I've already done more things withy time than I used to (practicing my sticking for drumming, swimming at the beach, finally reading my book, etc). I enjoy it, it's simple to use but can't seem to get the automatic lock times down. Still got a ways to go. Great app, definite recommend 🤘
