Using the paid app since 2015. It does exactly what it says and its gotten my phone back at least a half dozen times. My only issue is it stopped taking front camera photos a few years ago and although I've moved between 2 or 3 phones in that time this feature still does not work. Using a new Pixel 6a and still no front photos on failed unlock emails. Otherwise it works great and I still get the location. Update: Now have a Pixel 8 Pro, no photos, no support from Lockwatch
Given the one star rating due to the fact that I purchased a year subscription and within a week I'm already having multiple failed login notifications. Yes they have emailed me and yes they show location. What they don't show is a picture, simply a blank square. And there is absolutely no link for tech support, not even on the website.
I've been using this app for around two years, and it's been helpful for security. But I've run into a problem with my Google 6 Pro where it doesn't take a front camera photo on failed unlock attempts—just shows a blank. The location feature is still reliable, yet the camera issue remains unresolved.
