Doesn't work well with Android and not getting anywhere with service. The set up is great and easy to use, but the app glitched and says there are no photos in some folders yet lists the correct number of photos... I can't see anything in the folders but can upload to them. Very annoying. The app works fine for the rest of my family who all have apple products so definitely seems like an android issue.
The app is great for sharing the photo to the frame and seeing what people have added but it will randomly send notifications of comments left on pictures more than a month ago and says every photo is "my" photo like "so and so liked your photo" when it's not my photo and nobody even reacted. Pretty buggy. It's nice there isn't a monthly fee but for the price of the frame I expect better.
Needs to be able to notify when new pictures arrive in the albums. Would be great if each album you could turn on and off notifications too. The frame lets us know but when the frame is off you haven't a clue a new image was uploaded.
