I like the simple animations, and the ability to either do a countdown or # amount of reps. I wanted something to get me in the habit of exercising, and this is quickly on the way to doing that. I'm 1 1/2 weeks in, and I can feel the soreness, but also the strength in my body. Super excited about results! I'm kinda expecting them to take awhile, as they generally tend to, although I definitely FEEL different already!
I love the app. Some work make to work a sweat and other not so much. I also love the options for a meal plan, the pause in the timer if you need one, you can set reminder, you can set goal. The app work with you and I really like that. One thing I would change is some of the meal plan recipes cost a lot of money for me so I just eat the healthier idem in my pantry.
I have a demanding career and a toddler and needed an app that would get me into the habit of exercising. This is definitely the one! I am excited for my short but intense workout each night. The structure of each workout is awesome and I already feel stronger, particularly in my legs, lower back, and abdomen. All without requiring an unreasonable time commitment from me. I am a week into the regimen and already see results. (I am also eating better, which helps!) Highly recommend.
