Poor UX Slow response. On purchasing select a coupon then select payment method, app said price change and coupon is disappeared. After purchase online, paid by cc. The screen stuck and have to close app. After reopen, order is placed but cart does not be cleared. I confused whether the order has successfully placed or not. Hope this feedback make a Hugh improvement to the app development team.
Process has changed for non-Thais. Have to have Thai ID to register for MyLotus. So at a store they give you a special form to fill out, you submit it and wait for a call. After I confirmed my info on the call, I got a made-up Thai ID by text. But no back of ID card number, which one still needs. Can they make it any harder to register? The question of why discrimination is so embedded in certain places is for another time and platform I guess.
1. No search button to find the item at the Home page 2. No Notification setting to turn off the popup message 3. Difficult process for non-Thai to apply
