I have used this app a few times and find it easier to use than my local council website. Easier to pinpoint an area, upload photos etc. Great idea. I am amazed at people whinging about action not be taken after they've reported something. This has got nothing to do with the people who created the app. They are app designers who created the app as a portal to your local council. If the issue is unresolved, then contact your local council, don't bring it up here
It's sometimes a bit slow which is annoying when standing in the street waiting to complete a report...
This app is so user-unfriendly that I wonder if the council chose it on purpose, because they don't want to deal with the cleaning! I tried sending a report, and I was convinced that I had sent it, but then 3 days later I found out the report has just been saved without sending. The app should make it obvious if the report has not been sent, maybe give me a notification or something like that, highlighting that the report has not been sent.
