Then, tap the blue Shower Check In button on the Home or Store Details screen. Once your location has been confirmed, complete the transaction with your My Love Rewards shower credits and/or points. Activate the pump from the comfort and safety of your cab with Love’s Pay. Select your pump and fuel, and then answer the prompts as you do at the pump today. Unstable and not depenable. Currently, the app only displays my account barcode then crashes. I have used the app to find fuel and know of two Loves stations in my area that are not on the station finder. I have put in reports that they exists; after months, still not on the map. Please fix your app, it is an excellent resource when it works!!
I used to enjoy this app and going to love's because of the benefits but for the past couple months I've been stuck at 1 ppg fill ups. Why should I bother to use the app or services at truck stop if me fueling isn't reflected properly? Get 1000 or 1500, still stuck at one point, and counting showers/refills as if its still at base level. Talking to customer service is pointless since all they recommend is uninstalling the app. Doesn't work. Or worse saying its always been that way with pts.
Absolutely horrible. I use this app daily. Then suddenly, it's starts crashing every time I bring up the map. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's stuck and won't even reinstall. Lost access to my Loves points and anything account related. Something really needs to be done about this. It's been stuck on waiting to download for two days.
