The app glitches so much that the (see a doctor) button which is crucial for booking appointments and seeing the referrals isn't working 50% of the time. I've almost missed my appointments thanks to this. Even chatting with them through the app proves useless as they just tell you to email tech support. Uninstalling and reinstalling also doesn't fix the problem.
None of the functions load in a timely manner. The registration process times out and then you have to restart. the virtual appointment function requires too many steps each time ( no details are saved ) in addition the APP asks for the back of the insurance card, the only way to get the insurance card is through the app and they dont provide a back. After multiple attempts I simply added the front picture twice. the app doesnt even work with itself. IVe now been on hold to see a dr for nearly an hour while the app keeps open the data driven video chat. Meanwhile I have to constantly hit OK on a text box that pops up every 30 to 45 seconds , or the app times out and I fall back in the que! This all seems designed to make a person give up trying, ! Horrible
I seek urgent assistance regarding a persistent issue I've encountered with your app. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to change my profile picture. This is particularly concerning as my current profile picture contains personal documents. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app in an attempt to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it persists. Please get back to me.
