Great app and legit workouts. Only I have some confusion: In none of the routines I couldn't find the pullups (chin-up), but they are shown in the guide of movements. Also, how are you supposed to workout the other parts of your body if you start the core & legs routine, which takes up a full week like the others? And why are the push ups mostly done without a band (45kg) in the routines? 😄
Very easy to use and the exercises are not difficult you can do ur own reps but I highly recommend this app better than some I've tried
A simple but effective app. The workouts are not so difficult that you don't come back. My only suggestion would be to make alternatives for those of us that use anchor straps.
