Laughably horrible UI interface- unnecessarily difficult to use. Also, changing the language only translates about 5% of the app, adding another layer of difficulty. There's a lot of mandatory, strange processes that require you to do different things in the app, SMS and their webpage. It's all held together with duct tape and bubblegum. I don't know who created this, but it's the messiest, worst app I've ever used.
Unbelievable, I've been using Orange for 3 years, and the so called English version of the app is getting worse with each update. Not even the top layer of the app is 100% in English, when you go deeper in the menu's there is maybe 1/10 of the content that is in English. And every time i "complain" about it, the reply is that you are working on it. How long can it take ? The last reply from Orange was on 27/7/2020, no improvement, it's worse. This is not worthy a huge company as Orange.....
Why you spy wifi networks? There must be no access from carrier side😡😡😡 Yes! Thank is what I mean. It is called illegal backdoor. Why should I pay you for such spy stuff? You have no right to access internal network nor provide any access to it to anyone. So next thing I will do is change router, to one you will have NO ACCESS to. It is EU GDPR law violation. 20% of annual company income fine. I will file a penalty to data protection agency and EU court🤬🤬
