Years ago, the notes traveled at a consistent pace, and would only speed up or slow down if the pace at which you played sped up or slowed down. This was an ideal system! That is no longer the case. EDIT: a year and a half later, as well as a report to Smule support, and nothing has changed. Any rests longer than a quarter note speeds the next note to you at maximum speed, forcing you to either play the song incorrectly or take a points penalty.
I like this game, because I've played it before and I like rhythm games. But the gameplay's sensitivity is nauseatingly inconsistent. I try and tap the notes at the right time (which I DO) and somehow I end up apparently "mistapping" and losing my streak. I'm guessing some taps are delayed. Aiming for a full combo is near impossible this way. I want this to be fixed. This app is pretty enjoyable and I love the concept of being able to map your own songs (Composer).
Love the game. But its threatening to cancel my subscription if I don't log in. Despite being logged in. It won't let me connect to fb either. UPDATE: subscription was canceled despite my efforts. Reached out to customer service as requested. I was told that it was canceled because I didn't pay for the full month. Which I didn't. Because I was still in the 7 day free trial. They also said that I canceled auto renew. I did not. It was all canceled without my consent and they're trying to blame me
