Keep getting MagicJack App error even after uninstalling it and reinstalling the app. Also the MagicJack device that is hooked up to my router seems to be working okay. I even unplugged the Magicjack device for 1 minutes and plugged it back in and it still does not work properly. This needs to be fixed immediately. Not a happy camper right now! Update: As of March 11, 2024, the application is getting better.
The email MagicJack listed for App Support rejects all messages from everyone who attempts to contact them because Your message was rejected by the recipient's domain because the recipient's email address isn't listed in the domain's directory. It might be misspelled or it might not exist. There's nothing to misspell when you select the link for their App Supprt email on their app page in the Play Store because it automatically types it for you. I reported this app to Google.
*Bug causes issues with Android Auto* -Have to "force stop" the app when using Android Auto (wireless or wired) because it will perpetually say "Call in Progress" if the app is open at all in the background not allowing music or other features to play in the car. I only still have the service because the number is printed on a lot of my older business cards. When you are using it as a landline plugged into a wall, It's not bad. As an app on the phone, very inconsistent.
