Works pretty well, generally. The individual camera feeds crash from time to time, but if you exit out and go back in they reload within 20 seconds. The video quality is quite good, even in the dark or a mix of light and dark. The sound is mediocre and has a weird tapping sound to it, but is good enough. We are using it for a camera we have on our baby. Because of the reliability issues, we got an audio only baby monitor as backup for overnight.
What happened? I bought my cameras last year, hooked it up to the app and everything was working perfectly. I got a new phone (Android 10) and I can't see my individual cameras. I can see them on split screen, but theres a 5 sec lag. Why hasn't there been an update?? I had absolutely no problems and even recommended these to other people, but I stopped because the app doesn't work properly.
camera works well but software needs improvement . i use an SD card with the IPC 30-FHD. the software has an option to format the SD card but it does not format the card and in fact halts any further recording until the reset button on the back of the camera is pressed. Another problem is deleting the large number of recordings that accumulate on the SD card. the app makes it easy to select a batch of recordings but can only delete a few at a time.
