one of the very few money-making apps where the cash out actually works. 10 points every day for just using your phone is a steal, imo. the only slight complaint i have is that when trying to earn points from games, you have to play A LOT in order to earn a sufficient amount. i could play a game for 30 minutes and only get 4 points, which i dont think is worth it. however, if you keep the app on in the background, in a few months, you'll probably be able to get a gift card. i say its worth it
Points expire after 30 days of inactivity, I have to log back in after each update, if the app updates & you don't realize you need to log back in, bye bye points! This is what happened to me. Two stars, since until this incident, I had been merrily using the app. This issue has ruined it for me though. Why can't the app have a notification to warn me about inactivity?! I had a large balance too. :(
Not worth it! I've used this app for years now without any major problems. However, I tried redeeming some gift cards, at this point a month ago, with still nothing showing up. I reached out to the support team with questions and clarification as soon as the problem arose. They did respond back, but it seemed to always be the same answer after a while, "You have a VPN therefore you can't get your gift card." I don't have a VPN and I cleared my system like they asked and now it's radio silence.
