Only thing I didn't like is auto renewal without sending a text message..though this app sends you email, we have many email accounts like work and personal which most of the time you ignore and they make money...I would suggest this app to send the text message as well to the registered phone number so that the user will decide whether to renew further or not..
Not at all useful app as we get repeated profiles even after payment. These people call us continuously for payment and after payment no response. Please don't get into trap by using this app and customer interaction chat ui is not at all good
Horrible experience , Most of the profiles are fake ones . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY RUDE and ASSISTED/ RELATIONSHIP MANGER SERVICES are MISLEADING .All packages have unlimited messages option. BUT they are RESTRICTED after 150 messages per week.
