Absolutely awful! Out of all the dating apps I've ever tried. This is by far the worst. Very unimpressed with every aspect of this app. Paid for the membership thinking there would be more value. Very much mistaken. I had a "curated" selection of profiles sent my way after a detailed description of what I explained I was looking for was sent to them in a questionnaire they sent. Some dude comes back with the exact opposite of what I had expressed I was looking for. Asked for a refund. Nope!
Not only is this garbage like every other dating site. But they have been stealing money from me for months. I cancelled my account, but they continue to charge me every month through PayPal. I have submitted all info they have asked, but they claim they cannot locate my account. I'm also locked out of my account and can no longer get in to check my subscription, on an account they can't find, yet still bill me for every month. It's now the second time since. They refuse to fix it.
I'm a premium member, but I have been getting too many suggestions outside my geo, age, or other set filters. There is also no benchmark for photos, to make sure candidates have at least one face and one body clear images. I do like the fact that AI is used in chats to warn you of potential harmful language, but the implementation/algorithm used is not advanced enough, and there are quite a few false positives. This is really annoying and frustrating.
