The app is good, simple and not too much extra stuff. Only complain I have is that roaming never works, if you're lucky it will for 5 minutes per day, just to receive some late messages. DO NOT TRUST HoT when you travel, because you might miss a flight or srh worse if you depend on a uber or need internet, because it just won't work. Using HoT feels like going back 12 years in time...
Incredibly bad app, not user friendly, no proper English translation, instead you get a mix of German and English text. The app does not properly tell you how much megabytes you still have, instead just shows 7000/7000 (examplary number). Is it 7000 left, is it 7000 used, no one knows. No way to top up with an arbitrary amount. When you run out of internet traffic it just starts using your credit money, without an obvious option to cancel this.
App looks great, very functional as long as you have just one phone number. Once you add a second one, you cannot swap between them ( as you can do in the web page) I hope this is easy to fix!
