Update - after the last update, it's working again. Easy to use and find what im looking for. Original- Can't find items anymore. Not sure what happened, but the search doesn't work (oops item not found) and when you click an item on the home page or any page, the oops error pops up just like when searching for an item. Unusable app now
When selecting show items in stock at "my store" I just keep getting an error message saying "oops unable to get search results at this time, try again" I know you have brooms in stock and this has been going on for a while. The app worked fine and now this. It was archaic but atleast it was functional whatever ya'll did to it you need to fix because I am not that person who drives to a store if I can't make sure they even have what it is I need or even carry it in stock.
App sucks just like all the major hardware store apps. The apps are slow and spotty to work at all. Then on top of that the stores, primarily HD and Lowe's, do something to diminish cellular signals, so you have to use their terrible wifi when using their terrible apps. Menards had the best app and best wifi/data environment until a month or two ago, now search doesn't work in app which is kind of a big shortfall.
