If possible to rate 100 stars in the negative, I would rate it that a hundred times over. When menulog get it wrong, which it does, and often, they are impossible to get hold of in order to rectify the problem. With countless bot chats that cut you off if you don't type fast enough, or don't even reply, and no place to actually call, I will once and for all delete menulog. Definitely not a good service and one I imagine makes tonnes of $$ off their stuff ups!
Easy to use app but I don't like that you can't rate drivers. I have had some unacceptable deliveries and would love to be able to rate the drivers. I've also had some excellent deliveries and would love to be able to reward the driver with positive ratings. Also it would be great if when you clicked on a restaurant that items you have ordered before appeared at the top of the menu for fast reordering rather than having to sift through entire menus
The true indicator of how good a service app is is how they respond when something goes wrong, which happened to my order today. I sent a message indicating that my order was wrong and I got an auto reply. I followed up twice with no response. I wasted my money and time. There are plenty of other delivery apps, I suggest you try them rather than Menulog.
