After the latest update, the app is broken. It is not showing most of the menus but two, those are also deactivated. No data and last update/sync of information from vehicle says one year ago. Update: After one day of update, the app seems to work again :) Star ratting moved from 1 to 3 now. Update: Star from 3 to 2. After the recent updates, every few days the apps shows either the windows are open/vehicle is unlocked and remote control deactivated. You get false alarms and can't set to lock
a solid app. could it be snappier - yes (especially preheating setup) does it feel simple to use - yes. yes but .. still feels like a German piece of software.. somehow engineered, but with too many effects of beeing not cool (finishing setup of services for example.. or just no cool waiting animation/ progress during communication gaps - better choice what's sync or async API calls...) some esoteric description, sorry for that. most important thing: it's reliable so far. that's good. thx.
Unfortunately, I am not impressed by this app. As an end user I expected more useful app from Mercedes than this one is. The app doesn't show the current status of the vehicle. The last update is too old, mostly 6 or more hours old. There is no button to enforce the latest status update. Additionally, some features do not work at all. For example, if I want to unlock the vehicle, it takes endless time and never gets it done, and so on.
