I love the thought that went into this app. It has helped me identify my triggers and is very comprehensive. However, the design of the app is irritating. When I want to track a migraine, the design is anything but helpful with its' colours screaming at me. I think it would be a good idea to review the colour scheme of the app and identify how to make it calmer and way less luminous. The reds and turquoise are so bright paired with white fonts.
This app is easy to use. Love it so far. Wish it had a scale for confusion. Sometimes my migraines don't hurt, but I can loose functionality from the severity of my nausea or confusion, or I lose the ability to talk. Having a scale could be cool. But I love this app. I love that when you type in new things it shows what other people use. The timer seems really user friendly.
Disclaimer: I do use the paid subscription. That being said, I think free or paid, this app can help any migraine sufferers. The best way I can describe it is through a personal experience. I was having control and severity issues. Because I was tracking everything properly, I had a sudden "ahah!" moment that helped me determine the issue was being caused by a regularly scheduled treatment. That helped me and my doctor select a better preventative course. So basically, 10/10, would recommend.
