The developers really need to improve certain key features in the app. Such as, adding filtering tab in the browsing feature so members can fine tune their individual preferences of whom they want to view. For example, age range, distance range, what type to show specifically, income range, gender.
Functionality is very limited unless you opt in for a membership which is a whopping $70 per month. So far, on the basic membership, I've received no matches and just some messages from old guys who don't even live near me. You can only swipe on like 20 people and then you're grounded for 24hrs before you can swipe again. Honestly doesn't seem worth it for the exorbitant price you have to pay for a full membership.
It's hard to communicate with matches or learn how the site works in general if I'm on waitlist. I had only had the account for a few days and suddenly I was on the waitlist. I accidently uninstalled the app and tried to login by using my email, but I still haven't received an email in order to change my password.. so far very disappointed!
