Impossible to use! There's a technical issue that cannot be resolved. In the middle of navigating the app as per usual, I get a warning that I cannot use the app because I'm under 13 years old, which is absolute nonsense and I don't know where the app got this idea. I have emailed them about it as per usual for the many technical problems. They don't have a costumer suppport per email anymore but there's WhatsApp, but that's just a bot and when going through the menu options, there's nobody.
Well there is space to improve but overall it serves it's goal to progress the training. One thing which bothers me when there are 2 audios one for morning meditation and second for evening, the second audio start playing immediately after finishing the first one. I know this is a kind of automatic behavior but for this course this it critically important to stop after first audio. I don't know if it is possible to resolve but you guys need to think how to bring better user experience
Occasionally App can freeze, feels cluttered and difficult to navigate. However, there is a lot going on in Mindvalley and the app mirrors the website very well and is well supported with regular updates. In terms of Mindvalley itself, it's probably the best "learning community" I've come across with a tremendous amount of well thought out and presented "quests". The app allows you to learn on the go when you want in bite size chunks. I've been a member a few years now and have no regrets.
