After a year of using this I can say this is the most frustrating Bluetooth speaker/app I have ever used. When you have two speakers and you want to connect them in stereo with bluetooth, be prepared to be laughed at by your friends when trying to set them up. It takes roughly half an hour and most of the time I give up and have to result in using the cable that is too short. Completely broken and unreliable software and they don't fix it.
Your minirig 3 is really good. Problem is, your software like this updater is worst! Like others are saying, it does not connect reliably. Was able to update 1 of 2 but on the 2nd one, it does not connect. Only when I used another android phone that it worked. In short, buggy! You really have to invest on a good programmer. Look, your minirig app is still in beta for years already for God's sake.
Got the app telling me to update using this app. Does not connect to minirig after trying different sequences of resetting the minirig to its factory settings, resetting phone Bluetooth, turning on power or Bluetooth first with either phone or speaker among others...hopeless. Want to resolve an issue with my Traktor mixer being plugged into the aux mini jack but not being picked up 90% of the time. Driving me mad.
