Really love this app, though there are some quirks. One - I have a schedule set to lock the phone during church on Sundays and his phone often thinks it's Sunday when it's not. Another thing is the messages in Instagram, when viewed in the parent app, are listed double. It's a little confusing and sort of diminishes my trust in the functionality. I have no reason to doubt it, I just wish I didn't see any quirks at all esp in the messages features.
Ok, so the reporting issue was fixed. Good job. Now the issue I have is it won't give her notifications if she gets a text, no sound, and won't show up on her locked screen that any text came in. Updated a star for a fast fix on the other. Will update again when. The notification issue gets fixed. Thanks. Also if you could maybe allow the other app to be removed.
Very decent app for monitoring my kid so far. Reasonable monthly payment option and very user friendly. Would like to have a better choice of filter as to not immediately block the majority of downloaded apps, websites, phone functions, etc. from their phone but not a deal breaker at all. Definitely worth the price for the protection it gives overall.
