On the whole I like the app and watch however I would like to use the physical buttons to stop and start my exercises on the ticwatch 5. Why is this not possible, it's a very useful feature and should be easy to implement. My old fossil gen 5 could do it. Very awkward to have to tap screen, then swipe left and then stop. And if it's raining it's almost impossible to do this.
The app is functional and the watch works just fine. However, the app won't show any historic data from my Mobvoi account. I have over 2 years of data from my previous watches on the original app and this one is connected with the same user id but none of the data is present. Whenever I click on the "badges" section the whole app crashes. I still use my old watches when doing DIY etc so that I can protect this one but the steps don't sync between them like they did with my previous ones.
App seems to be updated version of older mobvoi app, similar layout and UI design. Generally find it easy to use and seems to be quicker and more responsive than the older app used to be. Provides good daily overview of my TicWatch Pro 5, easy to see everything I've done that day. Each section can be clicked for more info about each part, so you can view more detailed graphs and data about each event.
